Second rules and terms

How it works

1. You send your item with photos and a price.
2. We review and approve it (1-2 business days). We may ask questions.
3. Approved items appear in Second.
4. The buyer pays in advance and places an order.
5. We collect the item from you, inspect it and deliver it to the buyer.
6. After delivery is confirmed, we transfer your share.

Commission and fees

• Commission: 15% of the sale price, at least 5,000₮.
• Pickup fee: 3,000₮ (deducted from your payout).
• The buyer pays the delivery fee.
• Minimum price: 30,000₮.

Items we do not accept

• Medicines and medical products
• Weapons, explosives and ammunition
• Alcohol
• Tobacco products
• Counterfeit or replica branded goods
• Stolen items or items of unknown origin
• Expired food or cosmetics
• Used underwear and hygiene products
• Safety items such as child car seats
• Any other illegal or restricted items

Payment

• Second items are paid in advance by bank transfer only.
• We do not rely on payment screenshots. We verify with the bank transaction.

Returns and disputes

• If the item differs from its description, report it with photos within 48 hours of receiving it and it can be returned.
• Returns for "did not like it" are not accepted.
• If a seller described the item inaccurately, the seller covers the return cost. Repeated cases lead to a ban.
